5月21日 ทำ.....ในสิ่งที่อยากทำทุกวันนี้เรามีตึกสูงขึ้นมี ถนนกว้างขึ้นแต่ความอดกลั้นน้อยลง เรามีบ้านใหญ่ขึ้น แต่ครอบครัวของเรากลับเล็กลง
เรามียาใหม่ ๆ มากขึ้นแต่สุขภาพกลับแย่ลง
เรามีความรักน้อยลง แต่มีความเกลียดมากขึ้น
เราไปถึงโลกพระจันทร์มาแล้ว แต่ เรากลับพบว่า แค่การข้ามถนนไปทักทายเพื่อนบ้านกลับยากเย็น.....
ราพิชิตห้วงอวกาศมาแล้ว แต่ แค่ ห้วงในหัวใจกลับไม่อาจสัมผัส ถึง
เรามีรายได้สูง ขึ้น แต่ศีลธรรมกลับตกต่ำลง
ทุกวันนี้ทุกบ้านมีคนหารายได้ ได้ถึง 2 คน แต่การหย่าร้างกลับเพิ่ม มากขึ้น ดังนั้น……
จากนี้ไป……ขอ
ให้พวกเรา อย่าเก็บของดี ๆ ไว้โดย อ้างว่าเพื่อโอกาสพิเศษ
เพราะทุกวันที่เรายังมีชีวิต อยู่ คือ ……โอกาสที่พิเศษสุด…… แล้ว
 จงแสวง หาการหยั่งรู้
จงนั่งตรง ระเบียงบ้านเพื่อชื่นชม กับการมีชีวิตอยู่ โดยไม่ ใส่ใจกับ ความ…..อยาก…
จงใช้เวลากับ ครอบครัว เพื่อนฝูงคนที่รักให้มาก ขึ้น…….
กินอาหารให้ อร่อย ไปเที่ยวในที่ที่อยากจะ ไป
ชีวิตคือโซ่ห่วง ของนาทีแห่งความสุข ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่การอยู่ให้ รอด
เอาแก้วเจียระไน ที่มีอยู่มาใช้เสีย น้ำหอมดี ๆ ที่ชอบ จงหยิบมา ใช้เมื่ออยากจะใช้
เอาคำพูดที่ว่า…….สักวันหนึ่ง……..ออกไปเสียจากพจนานุกรม
บอกคนที่เรารักทุกคนว่าเรารักพวกเขาเหล่านั้นแค่ไหน อย่าผลัดวันประกันพรุ่ง ที่จะ ทำ
อะไรก็ตามที่ทำให้เรามีความสุขเพิ่ม ขึ้น ทุกวัน ทุก ชั่วโมง ทุกนาทีมีความหมาย
เราไม่รู้เลย ว่าเมื่อไรมันจะสิ้นสุดลง
